I enjoy the work I do. I appreciate a lot of things about the company. I believe our function is understaffed. There are other things the company does (committees, etc) that I would love to participate in but am unable to because of time limitations.

Almost everyone with whom I directly work is very talented, intelligent, hard working and collaborative
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CEO that seems to genuinely care about associates. Executive leadership that is focused on staying ahead of the curve relative to customer needs, etc
