I have been able to change a few roles and have had an opportunity to get insights in various business unites, which has helped to me get a better understanding of adp organization, strategy, future. I do enjoy working within the ADP family on a good and bad days :)

a strong sense of teamwork, great collaboration, support, values, expertise, integrity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Variety, diversity, inclusion. Innovation - though sometimes a bit slow :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frank Smith, Virginia Magliulo, Eva Kolanski, Ian Sparrow , Anne Morant - clear and concise messages, easy to follow. It feels like following The Leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
Teamwork, integrity felt around. Ability to drive some improvements. The positive results achieved internally and externally. Support given to my immediate colleagues or other teams and to our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The same senior role is compensated differently based on the location, incl. the benefits. Understandably, there might be certain differences (local benefits might differ, country economy, etc).However I would expect the management to try to minimize certain discrepancies via benefits -e.g time off.
