I used to love coming to work everyday, ADP is truly a great company to work for and the benefits offered are great. Leadership has a major impact for dreading coming to work everyday, Looking for an internal move has been almost impossible and leaves no option other than to leave the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Has more to do with my leader not recognizing my contributions resulting in a 1% merit increase and overlooked for promotions.
