I would like to see better perks and more PTO. I would like to see more training and development. It would be great to see more opportunities to earn prizes, like the salespeople get.

More celebration for non sales roles. There are 2-3 large scale trips a year for high performing sales. Add something, on a smaller scale for support and nonsales roles.
