My manager leads with empathy, she encourages and motivates me.

I love that fact that ADP nurtures a culture of personal growth; mentally, physically and professionally.

I have used the EAP for help with my aging mother as well as back up care.

People actually care about your success. We are encouraged to use empathy in all of our interactions.

I am not close with my team I am close to my project team and others I have worked with in the past.

Currently, learning and being part of such an awesome company. I look forward to providing solutions to our clients and building relationships.

EAP, I have used the childcare benefits for my grandkids a few times as well as the counseling. I also use the coaching available through Virgin Pulse.

The ability to start something and finish it. Learning or finally understanding something that has taken awhile to wrap my head around. Supporting my team mates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of hours that need to be put it in order to meet project deadlines is unreasonable. There needs to be a comp time or we need to get OT.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have not had much interaction with my team as the majority of them are remote and I am in an office with one other teammate. I know they are awesome though!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new, just passed the 90 day mark so my familiarity is mainly with my direct manager, Rosemary. She has been emphathetic, transparent, supportive and present. What I like best about my manager is, I am able to be my authentic self.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remote so I am not involved in the day to day culture at the offices. What is the most positive to me in my situation is the few people that I work with (same project or not) that build each other up and help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think a company that truly cares about their team, will retain their team. My leadership has shown empathy during the most difficult time of my life, I will be forever grateful. I have been allowed to NOT be ok on some days. I truly appreciate the care.
