Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher increase in salary based on the exceptional work provided. Also, as an HRBP, we should be rewarded when we have clients sign a 2-3 year contract, just like sales. We are deducted when we lose a client but how are we rewarded when we secure business? What is the motivation?
