ADP has been such a wonderful and challenging career for me. During my time hear I have had ups and downs that have pushed me to find what I enjoy most and help others find their WHY as well. I love what I do and coming to work each and every day for my peers, my team and for our clients.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is excited and wants to know you as a person rather than just you as your role here. The ability to be engaged in things that excite you through stretch assignments and BRGs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
having a role higher with more responsibilities than others but getting paid less. or having the same role as other but a higher level and getting paid less than those with a lower level.
