It has been great except for the times of being laid off. That is always in the back of my mind. Since i have been laid off 2 times.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Getting everyone involved and making everyone count at times.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help my fellow co-workers with issues they can't figure out. Also learning new things.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager. She cares about us as a person not only about work but also our home life.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If we were all treated the same. We are one team but with the different leaders reporting to different ones there is a seperation.
