As a people leader, I love when I'm able to identify a development opportunity for an associate and, in a joint effort, we make it happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I absolutelly love the slogan 'Integrity is everything'. Beyond that, I like to know we invest resources (time and high skilled people) to achieve high results (financial, client trust, user satisfaction) and set market trends.
