I was part of a recent RIF and it honestly is devastating. I never wanted to leave ADP and thought I was going to retire here. I am trying to secure another role but there is not much open now. I just need someone to give me a chance and I succeed. My husband just lost his job too.

Previous teams I have worked on always had my back the last two I onboarded onto not exactly the same.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to solve problems or offer efficient ways to do work. When I know the client is happy and my impact was meaningful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Try to allocate resources to other parts of the company before doing ANY LAY OFFS and letting go of half of a team unit. Team players who were bringing in money and giving above board effort, loyalty and time.
