Culture and quality of leaders tends to diminish the further down the ladership chain you go. I feel like my Executive Team cares more than my direct manager does. I feel very disconnected from what makes ADP great, as a mainly WFH employee.

Their collaboration and authentic interest in getting to know eachother. Too many "WFH" mentalities that don't value real connection any more.
