Again, early days but inclusive feeling and management have clearly articulated that they want to improve the success/increase the number of sales people hitting their number etc

It's early days for me, but everyone has been very welcoming and reach out with offers of help to get me up and running
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wouldn't be here if it weren't the the commission, but hey, I'm in sales. But what stands out for me in comparison to other employers in the SaaS/ICT space is the healthcare, life insurance, good pension etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every person truly does matter. I'm just starting week 4 with the company, and it's clear that the ethos and culture is welcoming and inclusive and ADP wants every associate to be successful. This is driven from the top. Very happy to have started this leg of my career with ADP!
