When you are going through tough times outside of work management knows you are a person, and just give you the time to deal with it. It's nice to know management sees the human aspect of it's team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot of work in both Current Gen and Next Gen, and have been in role for almost 2 years. No promotion in sight. It would be nice to be promoted OUTSIDE of the yearly raise times.
