That they are willing to pair you up with someone in the company that is doing the job you want to do. I love the opportunities I have to grow, even solely based on just who my manager may connect me with. You are encouraged to grow in your career!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay transparency would be nice. Though i'm happy with the company, there are a lot of people that were hired in at a much higher pay scale doing the same work. Our roles are not easy and we should all be compensated equally. I sometimes feel I do more for the company than those making more.
