Scheduling freedom and work environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are mostly out for themselves, eager to please for their own promotion. I don't genuinely connect with anyone here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An inner clique of leaders with previous relationships at other companies were hired and promoted before those loyal to ADP. I would feel better if I were paid in the top tier for my position instead of the middle range.
