Getting to see the associates and when we make progress that we can celebrate. Everyone enjoys being recognized for their efforts and we do this ALOT.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Business Resource Groups are awesome because they support many initiatives that incorporate everyone. I have been introduced to more culture at work than any place else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Executive Leadership always show concern for both, the associates and our clients. I feel supported for who I am as an individual and my effort I contribute to the growth of the business. Nothing is more important than how I show up and how I feel AT Work.
