Although I am very new, my initial experiences in this company are excellent. I am also being taken in by many of my coworkers and they are taking the time to show me features/what their day-to-day is like.

They're wonderful people and very easy to talk to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not really micro-managing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
After being severely underpaid for years, I feel that ADP is the first company that saw my worth.
What makes you most happy at work?
I actually like when I get to work from home. That way I am able to go to the gym in the morning!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although I am very new, I feel very welcomed onto the team. I also feel that I am being adequately prepared for my role.
