Seems like Buffalo is the "red-headed step child" of the company and we are very disjointed and unsure of who we are as a team. We are far too focused on metrics and not the bigger picture. We are also far too concerned about being in the physical office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be knowledgeable of the solutions offered.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It is not them as much as it is the environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A better focus on the people to understand that you can't play favorites.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Having an assignment that is not 3+ hours away from where you live and have accounts listed to me that are going to yield results and put me in a position to win.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the way we handle expenses for business purposes is misaligned. We also do not do a great job of ensuring that the people that are putting in the effort get paid.
