Till now it is fair , but expected to be paid fairly when it comes to tenure employe. ADP is hiring from outside with higher package but not paying the same for existing employee . Rest of company is good. Company has to think about the existing employee.

The compensation should fair as per market standard , who are in ADP for long time the increment is not given fair.
