Again, I will keep stressing we are under paid we should have way more PTO and the company knows that our clients are just horrible and intitled across the board. We should not have to ask for more they should want to see us win also.

It is a somewhat non-judgmental zone.

Honestly, this is a tough question to answer. They are nice people; they smile and chat when they see you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive. We are truly like a family; they are honestly the only reason I am still here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like once we are actually paid good money. Everything will be fine. This is a billion-dollar company, and we get pennies compare to the people who are the face of the company we make the company as the "little people" doing ALL the work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we should be paid significantly more than $20 to start from the payroll side. As a PSR, we are expected to provide guidance not only in payroll but also in time attendance, tax items, banking items, and some HR matters. The role itself is very unclear. We deserve more & bonuses not taxed!
