I have always been proud to work for ADP. during Covid especially they impressed me with the amount of careful consideration of our jobs, extra care by giving us bonuses etc. We did well enough to get a merit increase and bonus. The care the management team give us for a good work life balance.

The best part is how little we have to pay for the benefits we have.

keep us engaged, keep us informed and provide all the resources we need to do our jobs.

our team is amazing. We collaborate alot together, use each other to collaborate with and have alot of fun activities outside of the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ADP culture is amazing. I have met so many interesting people and ADP treats them and welcomes them with open arms. Very careful how to incorporate everyone into our organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that we are always encouraged to step outside the box, encouraged to use our knowledge and go the extra mile. I love being busy, and taking on projects that keep me always busy.
