Been here for 5 years and I can say all 5 have been great. I have worked with a great team, been given great responsibility, and have been given the opportunity to grow and learn.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with a good group of people. Everyday is new and something new either comes up or something new to explore.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel ADP teams especially Marketplace are close nit. To me that's important since it makes you enjoy work since you work with a really great group.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best parts about my comp package are I am able to take care of my family and provide them with good benefits. Happy with where I am.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about our team is they give us a voice. We are able to present our new features to leadership, SLT and beyond to get a pulse, feedback and explain directly from the source the items we are working on or getting ready to deploy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team I feel are all like minded. While we have different products and features under each of us we work as a group towards a shared goal of improving and generating revenue for Marketplace. They are always willing to brainstorm and toss around ideas and add there expertise.
