Every where you look you think you found a highly skilled and dedicated engineer, but then the next man or woman is even more. Everyone is committed and dedicated!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a well-rounded package. Stock is important to me as that extra to do things to keep up with a little pleasure. Bonus is always great, key is to stay more consistent as they fluctuate more than previous employer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are standards but there is a good amount of autonomy in each business unit and team. We have independence to build our own solutions but also share them, however we are not forced to abandon our own solutions.
