Overall experience has been great! good job security, good people, good leaders, good work-life balance. The only negative for me would be the pay, especially for early career folks. I wish there was a way to pay based on YOE, talent, and not just based on a pool. But overall, I'm proud to work here

higher base salary (comparable to most companies). the current pay structure for GPT early career associates is low (even after taking location into consideration). This makes people feel undervalued
