More vacation days. ADP has one of the lowest vacation days out of all tech companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Inception has great structure. Product owner, Scrum master, and tech leads are able to handle surprises, challenges, and pressure well without burdening the team members or compromising on deadlines or quality.
