We work really hard and deliver outcomes for the company, but also have a lot of fun and can relax together outside of work.

Once you build trust with your manager and colleagues, it is understood that your schedule can be more flexible with family and personal obligations.

Goal-setting, communicating with each other and with the employees, transparency, supporting company culture as a group to eliminate silos that they themselves create, decision-making

They are very accessible and always willing to speak with anyone at the company, no matter level, about any questions or concerns they might have.

There is a lot of flexibility and I am able to balance my work and life very well (and with little guilt) which I appreciate.

Pay is assessed by market trends and what others in similar roles are making, not by the quality or amount of work I am doing.

Why am I being told I am a top performer but then getting paid at the 50th percentile? I don't think I'm a 50th percentile employee.

There is a lot of flexibility in work schedules, with the mindset of as long as you get the work done well, do you what you need to do for yourself.

It would be nice if everyone could be more collaborative; right now it feels like there are clear lines in the sand as far as who owns what in a restrictive way.

We work really well together, we are all eager to perform well and execute on our projects, we all are looking to improve the company and the overall employee experience and are personally invested in making this happen

We work really well together and we all take our work seriously and get things done timely. We all enjoy what we do which makes it fun to interact with each other and brainstorm on different projects.

Writing and communicating goals that employees can align to, creating a budget plan that VP leaders can own and is transparent to the teams it is for instead of having to ask permission for every little spend, having confidence in team members, knowing what teams do

The entire leadership team is new and I have only seen them all introduce themselves at an all hands and know nothing further about what they are doing - goals, changes, improvements? There is limited to no visibility into what the Company leadership is doing to improve sales or support employees.
