The managers are very belittling to other employees they are not respected and the whole situation with the scheduling and the allotted hours given to the employees each week is ridiculous that's why there is no employee loyalty for Dollar Tree doesn't care it's all about making the buck themselves

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's the hours giving we're adequate and if you were paid adequately the laundry stay with the company you should make more money not the same as someone that's newly hired
