
They talk a good game, but it's mostly lip service.
It's change since I was hired many years ago. Now it seems if you can breath you're hired.
Hire people who really want to work, and retain fewer people giving them more hours. This would go a long way in keeping people who know what they are doing.
Coordination of their daily tasks to complete, but it's difficult because the company expects much in a limited time frame. The must know that it's not possible to complete, but they keep burning out managers fooling enough to take the position.
For what they expect of their hourly employees, they pay would be more palatable if they at least gave them a minimum of 20 hours per week. Mind you these are mostly low-income people and 8-15 hours a week is a joke and one never knows how many hours they will get from week to week.
