this is my first BPO company that i work with and i had an amazing experience since i started. i always explore new things and the company and my role allows me to venture and understand the ins and out the core of the business and come up with projects to support the team.

having a daily call with my team. discovering new customers issue to resolve

team is always fun to work with. they always initiatives so help and assist the team regardless of their rank.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
having a good base pay than MBO. this allows me to be neutral in terms of decision making as escalation manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
it's really great to work with smart people and always open for any suggestion and discussion. the feeling of "working with them" and not "working for them".
