The training phase were so fast and after we got endorsed to nesting and production we need to stand in our own and doesn't need to rely that much with our FS. I believe incentives is one of the inspiration I would like to get each month and for me each CSAT we get should have additional incentives.

Working at home plus hoping they change about their incentives scheme.

As a team were making sure that we always hit monthly metrics for us to get the incentives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For our role of support I believe that we should get higher compensation plus the package that were discussed of the recruiter was misleading on what I am getting now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing in this company is that were not forcing to work onsite. That's why I am making sure that I don't have any issues for me to keep working on my comfort zone.
