I came in nervous but excited to try something new and I am finding that I am challenged in more of an intellectual level than in a perseverance. I am getting re trained on skills I have longed to use in so long and am proud of my job that I brag about my company on a regular basis
What are some of the best things about your team?
That everyone try's to make our work from home status as personable as possible
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is helpful and encouraging, and no one says "You should know that already" everyone understands that we are ALL learning as we go.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ease of access to both my insurance and stock options. Whatever I don't understand it is fairly easy to get the information I seek
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we are a small enough company where mu voice is heard. But I fear as we grow larger that will not always be the case
What makes you most happy at work?
That I feel for my customers I do make a difference and I am not just a number in a slot or a cog in a machine doing the same task over and over, day in day out. I make a difference to someone.
