Uncapped commission and the mid market adjust and of course their focal program
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm working I did not feel that the 8hrs of my shift almost ended, it's because the work itself if stress free.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I never felt that I'm a newbie when I started working with RC, all my teammates and co-workers helped me with every questions I have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture built within the team, even if we're not working together onsite, we always feel that we are one and treated each other as family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very transparent, very supportive and honed me to become successful and motivated. I am PSS Level II now and much more motivated and eager to be part of the PSS Level III because of the knowledge and skills they have shared with me.
