I enjoy the 10 yrs I have spent with RingCentral. This company becomes a part of me and taught me a lot! Words are not enough, how thankful I am as an employee and to all the people that surrounds me. Everyday is a new challenge to accept to become a better version of me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RingCentral continues to give programs that entertains their employees, somehow it relieves stress.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how our supervisor still able to manage us though he have a lot of tasks to do or to finish.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are easy to work with. They listen to feedback whenever needed. We also help each other when needed. They are happy to be with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting the job work done for the day, feels fulfilling. Im happy to see that I was able to finish and accomplish all tasks in a day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with RingCentral for 10 years and more, I can say with all those years spent with the company, there is not even a retirement plan developed for tenured employees. Or probably, consider increasing employees basic.
