I love working here. I am nervous about all the layoffs that have been happening, but I love my job. I work hard but I think the company works hard. There are weeks that I spend 8+ hours on calls but I have amazing leadership that help when in need. I feel very fortunate.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love working here. I find challenges that I can overcome and do feel like I have grown a lot in my career thanks to my manager. My Manager is 1 in a million and I am grateful for her and her leadership. She is the best part of my work.

Manager understanding work life balance.

Ability to be creative and own my job. My manager.

They listen and are very approachable with any concerns or questions I have!

My manager and colleagues. I love figuring out how to make requests happen and finding success as a team.

We listen and support each other. Majority of the team works as a team and wants to see each other succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited Time off! I don't take advantage of it often, but being able to take a day off to volunteer at my kids school or prioritize from time to time is huge. I also appreciate CaRing Days and WFH life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love all the glip groups that don't have to do with day to day work but let us connect globally with other employees and we all can share our love for food, hobbies, fitness etc. Its crazy how much I am connected with employees I have never met.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have some people on our team who take advantage of PTO / DND and always make me question if they are actually working. Also have a few co-workers who focus more on personal life than work and I find them to not prioritize work and don't have proper filters when it comes to work relationships.
