at first it was very difficult as we were a new group with very little direction. Within the last three moths we have been given direction and rigor to what we are doing. It has been much easier driving toward our goal as a team.

Communication, specifically all hands meetings.

Stock grants. Just wish our stock price would stay up ;)

great knowledge. great experience. easy to work with. In it together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am solving a problem for our customers and in turn making money for our company. Finally it is reflected in my bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the team is working together toward a goal. No one is trying to outshine each other. No one trying to take all the credit.
