my team is compose of goal oriented people, we make sure that we go each others back everytime.

the good thing about the leadership team is that they make sure that they always there when you need them

actually to be honest the compensation should be increased due to the amount of workload RC is providing for us

Able to hit the goals per month to make sure that I passed all the KPI needed by the business.
