Its been a challenging first year or learning the business and the system setup at RC. The challenge has been a catalyst in my personal development and learning of Xactly. I've been forced to the learn the system in news and have also been challenged professionally in many other ways.

I wish the culture of the team (peers) was more collaborative and dedicated to problem solving in a productive way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very supportive, listens to my concerns and doesn't hesitate to get "into the weeds" with me on issues at my level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct manager is very supportive. I like the work that do, and I appreciate the Caring Days and the flexibility this job offers me, as a working parent.
