I am very happy with RC. I feel that I was able to hit a jackpot when it comes to the benefits. Although sometimes the workload doesn't feel right, especially that there is no skill allowance give, but I'm glad that our managers make their way in giving back to us like approving VL and other req.

friendly, and approachable. they are a good influence when it comes to work habits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
due to business needs, we were given additional work loads which wasn't included on our job description before. and I think it is only fair to be given a skill allowance.
