my experience with RC has been exciting, enriching and fulfilling. However, if we can cut of expensive and glamorous even like xmas party and share the expenses more with the employee budget (grocery) is much appreciated (just saying). But overall nothing to complain, nothign to ask more.

Our team has an awesome relationship it is not perfect but we are able to collaborate and express ourselves easily.
