It promised growth and stability. It was good at the beginning but the changes happening every month is not replicating what was promised. Change is constant and that is okay, but if the change is making you feel fear, you won't feel motivated.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team listens, I'm just not sure if all of them does really comprehend. All in all, the leadership team is doing a good job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Things are not the same anymore. Updates are not communicated on a timely manner, resulting to customers getting confused and frustrated. We should get the customers informed first of the upcoming changes before the changes go live.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I guess it is mainly because of the workload, as it gets too tiring most of the times and it feels like you need to everything when there are really specific teams who did not do their job well and the pressure was put on our team.
