Honestly I don't use any compensation perks company provides, but I may in the future.
We have friendly casual atmosphere inside of our team (and, honestly outside as well). People came from different backgrounds and are always down to support each others professional growth.
I enjoy that leadership usually goes supportive route when facing the problems instead of the critical one. Also, never used the opportunity, but it feels like leadership is always open for a discussion regardless of someone's position in the company.
Possibility to pursue my personal goals and interests within the field. Work distribution, at least in my team, is based not only on skills, but also on personal interest of each employee, there's very low chance I'll be given a task i'm not interested in.
Company and colleagues are trying to be understanding and backing up each other. If someone's close to burning out, they're given easier tasks to be able to catch a breath and slower the pace. Work/life balance has high priority and company is trying to keep people happy and involved.
