The best cultural point about this company is the diversity. No matter the geography, political, or socioeconomics of the teams working projects, those are never the focus of the project flow or work effort.

They understand the need to address progress through development and automation vs. just adding people to solve problems. As a technology company, we should embrace technology for solutions and my Leadership chains all get that and foster the environment that allows progress.
