Good office facilities, perfect location (Spain/Valencia).
What makes you most happy at work?
Positive feedback from colleagues/manager. MBOs which help to survive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary fairness over the departments. Part of the company moved to Spain with x1.6 coeff at least. The rest moved with NOTHING.
