I've been here for almost 20 years, since university. I've seen this company grow, and I was growing with it. There were ups and downs, bad years and good years. It's a great place to work, great people, fascinating projects, exiting experience. Would be sad to leave this all behind because of RTO.

My teammates are professional, loyal and have good sense of humor.

People I work with. Projects I work on. Money I get for doing what I like.

I get enough to support my family, pay taxes to my country and donate where needed. That's all I need.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like all the employee-oriented events that are happening. People being proactive and eager to participate and help each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team knows what to do to keep company ship (and all of us in it) moving forward towards success.

I like the humor and positive attidute. Although I miss the culture and environment we used to have in Odesa office.

Leadership team absolutely cares about the company. It invests in innovations and keeps ship stable during the storm. I appreciate it very much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can rely on them. Seems to be the most important for a manager. My team is professional, proactive and focused on delivery and quality. The only thing missing is that part of the team that had been let go.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like doing things I'm good at doing. I like see projects going from "mess of requirements" to "solid beautiful thing on production". I like to see how my input into tasks, chats, requirements, conversations, etc. help team do their work and get to result.
