I like my daily tasks that I solve and the opportunity to work on something new. But in general, it seems to me that the level of employee motivation is not very high, a large number of directors and managers, no clear opportunities for growth. There are no paid days to be sick without a sick list

Result. Customer feedback ( To see how customers are happy about new feature). Ability to find fast solution for customer problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my opinion, material compensation is not tied to personal achievement of set goals and the amount of work performed by the employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not sure what team is meant. If we are talking about Executive leadership team or product/engineering managers who I work with. I find it difficult to answer this question
