If you are lucky to find those who are willing to work and move forward then you can team with them and move forward
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to have more expertise and be interested on the big picture not just doing something to check what they have on their to do list. Also improve quality of their work, for example with code review which shouldn’t be only looking if the code
