Coming to RingCentral has been honestly one of the better career choice I've made. The demands that leadership puts on us are high, but we're never asked to do in the impossible. Everyone I have collaborated with has been friendly and helpful, which comes from driving towards the same goal.

We are a small but mighty team where everyone is wiling to pitch in and help. There is no "staying in your lane".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is competitive in the market and quarterly bonuses are actually obtainable. My previous company put so many conditions on bonuses that we were unable to achieve.
