What makes me happy at work is the general atmosphere. Stress is limited and the people are amazing. Work load is enough to keep me balanced with being busy, while still being productive, which includes breaks from time to time.

Our leadership team listens to us. They are in authority but never authoritative. They vibe with us as a person while still maintaining professionalism and respect. They communicate the team's goals and help us move towards it as a team and as individuals.
