Since my role is new, I have nothing much to do.This is totally new to me coming from companies where the workload was toxic.I do not have any formal training as well, and I fee I do not get enough support from my Manila teammates. I just feel that I do not have any clear direction yet at this point
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Bullying should stop; people should respect one another; those who are in the position should be more "human" in their approach. Be more welcoming and stop favoritism.
What makes you most happy at work?
My partner works here; stability; other colleagues who are extremely nice; some benefits; schedule; rest days; dress code; pay some how; proximity to residence (just 1 ride away to and from home).
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should be more welcoming and treat new hires with respect. Some of my colleagues are disrespectful and they have the tendency to bully the new ones which is really off for me. They make you fee that they are superior because they came ahead of you. These type of people can ruin the culture of
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I deserve more because of my skills and work experience. The post is new and I'm new to this too.I am thankful that the company hired me for the job but was hoping that I would get a better pay and incentive as well to earn extra.I hope the company will consider retirement benefit too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Direct Boss is very nice and caring. She doesn't make you feel that she is the Boss and you are My Subordinate. I can easily talk to her and be open about anything I would like to discuss (work related or not).I am so lucky to have her as my Boss and assure her that I am here for her and the team
