The pay is great- the commissions are great- the insurance is as good as it gets.

They give you support when you need it, but they stay out of your way most of the time- No micromanagement- especially end of month/quarter
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our chemistry is wonderful- lots of laughs and good times- helps to keep you motivated when you are having fun and like the people you interact with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a can-do environment- I love that I can just go talk to legal or talk to an engineer to get a sale done. I love that all the managers above me know me and know how I'm doing. I really love it here.
